THe first step
Give us a call, or send us an email, and we will be glad to discuss your project in detail. We can then set a date and time to meet at the project site to better evaluate your needs and wants and discuss possible options.
Proposals
Once we have met with you at the project site, we should have enough information to create a personalized proposal. Your proposal will include: the scope of work to be completed, allowances for items that you will need to select, and a preliminary price.
allowance selection
Once you have decided the scope of work and preliminary pricing fit your project needs and budget, we will guide you through your allowance selections. The preliminary pricing will include, as needed, allowances for things like cabinets, counter tops, tile, and plumbing fixtures. These items are yours to choose and will make your project one of a kind.
Scheduling
Once your allowance items have been selected we will adjust the preliminary pricing to your tailored costs and can set a schedule. The schedule will take into account the lead times of all materials and any other scheduling parameters you may have.
Construction
Construction will begin as scheduled. We work hard to stay on task and complete projects. We will work with you to make adjustments along the way to accommodate any changes once work has begun.
Project Completion
Upon completion of your project, we will walk through with you and address any punch list items that are of concern. We strive for satisfied customers and want to complete your experience as professional as it began.

After we have packed everything up and headed off, we are still here for you. We strive for perfection, but realize we are not perfect. If you experience a problem, do not hesitate to call. We stand behind our work and will work with you to solve any issues.
